The Engineering WorkflowFrom Diagnostic Analysis to Final Tuning
Our workflow is rooted in quantitative data collection and iterative testing. We do not guess; we measure sound pressure levels, frequencies, and structural vibrations to create a bespoke solution tailored to your building’s unique construction and your specific acoustic requirements.
01Acoustic Diagnostic Testing
We begin with a site visit to conduct noise floor measurements and identify flanking transmission paths. Using calibrated sound level meters and frequency spectrum analysis, we map the noise sources and identify the specific weaknesses in your current wall or floor assemblies.
02Bespoke Engineering Design
Based on the diagnostic data, our engineers draft a customized soundproofing plan. We detail the specific materials required—such as Green Glue damping compounds, mineral wool batts, or resilient channels—and create a structural integration plan that ensures long-term performance and material compatibility.
03System Validation & Calibration
Once installation is complete, we conduct post-treatment verification tests. We ensure the new STC/IIC ratings align with our initial projections and calibrate any installed absorption elements to reach your desired acoustic environment, delivering a final performance report for your records.
